You may cancel our services within 7 days of signing the agreement for a full refund, provided that no work has commenced. To cancel, please send a written notice to [email protected]. After the initial 7-day period, cancellations will be subject to a pro-rated refund based on the services rendered up to the cancellation date.
Refunds are issued based on the following criteria:
Full Refund: Available within the first 7 days if no services have been rendered.
Partial Refund: Calculated based on the proportion of services already provided if the cancellation occurs after the initial 7-day period.
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the cancellation request. Any fees associated with payment processing may be deducted from the refund amount.
Services that have already been completed or delivered.
Custom or bespoke services specifically tailored to the client’s requirements.
